Description

Structural Features

The inner and outer rings are made of high-purity bearing steel or high-temperature heat-resistant ZTG42Cr bearing steel. Combined with special heat treatment processes, cold treatment processes and material modification technologies, the fatigue life of this series of bearings is greatly improved.
Both single-row and double-row roller bearings are available in cylindrical bore and tapered bore types. On the spindle, tapered bore bearings are generally used to facilitate the adjustment of radial internal clearance after installation and improve the rotational accuracy and radial stiffness of the spindle.
There are two types of cages: PEEK resin cages guided by the outer ring and copper alloy cages guided by the rolling elements; they can be selected according to different applications.
High-speed single-row cylindrical roller bearings use PEEK cages; the maximum operating temperature is 240°C.Double-row short cylindrical roller bearings use copper alloy cages guided by rolling elements; the maximum operating temperature is 300°C

    • Grease lubrication: DmN ≤ 650000 (i.e., maximum speed N ≤ 650000/Dm; Dm = bearing pitch diameter)
    • Oil (minimum quantity) lubrication: DmN ≤ 810000
  • NN910 series copper alloy cage
    • Grease lubrication: DmN ≤ 900000 (i.e., maximum speed N ≤ 900000/Dm; Dm = bearing pitch diameter)
    • Oil (minimum quantity) lubrication: DmN ≤ 1000000
  • NN910 series PEEK cage
    • Grease lubrication: DmN ≤ 1230000 (i.e., maximum speed N ≤ 1230000/Dm; Dm = bearing pitch diameter)
    • Oil (minimum quantity) lubrication: DmN ≤ 1430000
  • HCNJ series PEEK cage
    • Grease lubrication: DmN ≤ 1560000 (i.e., maximum speed N ≤ 1560000/Dm; Dm = bearing pitch diameter)
    • Oil (minimum quantity) lubrication: DmN ≤ 1820000

Applications

Double-row short cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for spindles in machine tools that require high radial stiffness; single-row cylindrical roller bearings are suitable for spindles in machine tools that require relatively high radial stiffness and high speed.
Examples: CNC lathe spindles, CNC grinding machine wheel spindles, aero-engine spindles, precision transmission machinery, etc
