1.Structural Features
Outer Ring Material: Pure bearing steel or high-temperature heat-resistant ZG42 bearing steel (combined with special heat treatment, cold treatment, and material modification technology to significantly improve the bearing's fatigue life).
Bearing Bore Types: Single-row and double-row roller bearings are available in cylindrical bore and tapered bore. For spindles, tapered bore is generally used (to easily adjust radial internal clearance after installation, improving the spindle's rotation accuracy and radial rigidity).
Cage Types: Two options-outer-ring guided PEEK cage, and roller-guided copper alloy cage (selected based on application needs).
High-speed single-row cylindrical roller bearings use PEEK cages (maximum operating temperature: 240°C)
Double-row short cylindrical roller bearings use roller-guided copper alloy cages (maximum operating temperature: 300°C).

N30 Series Copper Alloy Cage
Grease lubrication: DmN ≤ 650,000 (i.e., maximum speed N ≤ 650,000/Dm; Dm = bearing mean diameter)
Oil (minimum quantity) lubrication: DmN ≤ 810,000
N19: N10 Series Copper Alloy Cage
Grease lubrication: DmN ≤ 900,000 (i.e., maximum speed N ≤ 900,000/Dm; Dm = bearing mean diameter)
Oil (minimum quantity) lubrication: DmN ≤ 1,000,000
N19:N10 Series PEEK Cage
Grease lubrication: DmN ≤ 1,230,000 (i.e., maximum speed N ≤ 1,230,000/Dm; Dm = bearing mean diameter)
Oil (minimum quantity) lubrication: DmN ≤ 1,430,000
N10 Series PEEK Cage
Grease lubrication: DmN ≤ 1,560,000 (i.e., maximum speed N ≤ 1,560,000/Dm; Dm = bearing mean diameter)
Oil (minimum quantity) lubrication: DmN ≤ 1,820,000
3. Applications
Double-row short cylindrical roller bearings: Suitable for machine tool spindles requiring high radial rigidity.
Single-row cylindrical roller bearings: Suitable for machine tool spindles requiring relatively high radial rigidity and very high speed.
Typical applications: CNC lathe spindles, CNC grinder wheel spindles, aero-engine spindles, precision transmission machinery, etc.
